Ever since I wrapped up my Bachelor's and MPhil in English, I've been on this incredible career of sharing my love for the language. You know, it's not just about the Shakespearean sonnets or the rules of grammar. It's about the stories we tell, the emotions we convey, and the connections we make. Every student I've had the pleasure of tutoring has added a new chapter to my story. We've laughed over quirky idioms, thought over deep poetry, and sometimes even groaned over tricky grammar together. It's these moments, these shared experiences, that make every session so special to me. I remember the late nights, the last-minute revisions, the happiness of seeing a student's eyes light up when they finally "get it."
Teaching, for me, is like having a heart-to-heart chat with a friend. It's relaxed, it's fun, and it's personal. I've always believed that learning should be enjoyable, and to make that happen, I bring some cool tools to the table. We use Padlet to brainstorm ideas like we're pinning on a virtual board. Quizlet becomes our go-to for those vocabulary challenges, turning them into a game. And oh, the joy of turning a lesson into a quiz competition with Kahoot!. These are our little ways of adding some spice to the learning process.But more than the tools, it's the bond I share with my students that truly defines my approach. I'm not just a tutor; I'm a mentor, a friend, someone who's genuinely invested in their success. We celebrate the small wins, work through the challenges, and always keep the fun alive.

My name is Zara, and I’m a fiance consultant by profession but a teacher by heart. I started tutoring this subject soon before I completed my graduation. At the beginning of my tutoring career, I used to tutor my peers in face-to-face sessions, in those years I solely focused on creating a personalized tutoring environment. I’ve also worked as a teacher in a college where I dealt with IGCSE finance students. In addition to this, I’ve also served as a pedagogical assistant in a pedagogical development department.
