I keep a very conversational tone in my lesson so that my students can easily understand what I am trying to convey. In this way, if they have any questions, they can communicate it to me as well. Sometimes I have seen students have questions and concerns but they do not convey it to their teachers because they are hesitant they might get bashed for it. For this reason, i righly introduce myself at the beginning of the lesson and I make sure we get to know each other well.
