I am a dental surgeon by qualification and I have been teaching O Level/IGCSE Biology for the last 9 years. I bagged CAIE IGCSE Biology teacher certification last year through a five week online course by Cambridge. Owing to my medical background along with having first hand experience of IGCSE Biology examination as a student, I have the required knowledge and skills to ensure my students are able to excel.
I usually start a new topic with an initial assessment to see where my student stands in knowledge about the said topic. Later, I breakdown the topic into subtopics and explain them to my students. Then I share animated videos with my students that are relevant to the topic as I strongly believe that the concept is cleared more efficiently when one is able to visualize it. I follow with regular tests & past paper practice to ensure students are confident & well prepared.

I have in-depth experience in teaching economics, maths and statistics to students belonging from different educational and regional backgrounds. I offer my tutoring services through different modes including online or private home tutoring based on the requirements and availability of my students.
For each student, I follow a different teaching technique. If a student requires basic knowledge i proceed the sesion as per that, on the other hand if a student wants to understand some complex concepts i help them accordingly then. I make up a personalised lesson plan for all students after discussing the outcomes, goals, requirements and learning objectives with them. It makes it easier for me to understand the students better and similarly for them to understand more in my lesson. I encourage my students to come up to me whenever they encounter a problem or question while learning.

My association with the world of teaching English as a subject began with my passion for the English language and literature. I help students learn english from the basics and get them to a pro level where they are aware of the grammar, vocabulary and language skills very well. I got a teaching diploma in the year 2017 which helped me to improve my teaching skills professionally.
I use theoretical and practical approaches in my lecture and I make sure that I engage my students to the fullest so that they understand what they are learning.
