Master of Arts (MA) in Archaeology
Hi! My name is Mona, and I’m an online history tutor who has also worked as an archeologist. Tutoring history to several students around the globe has helped me hone my tutoring and communication skills. I’ve tutored students of different ages and studied different curriculums, i.e., IGCSE, GCSE, IB, etc. I’m also great at tutoring archaeology-related subjects, i.e., Archaeological Field Methods, Archaeological Theory and Practice, World Archaeology, Physical Anthropology, Archaeological Lab Methods, Cultural Anthropology, Historical Archaeology, Environmental Archaeology, Archaeological GIS (Geographic Information System), Human evolution, etc.
My tutoring approaches focus on creating a highly-personalized learning environment. While keeping in mind the student's needs and requirements, I design lesson plans that utterly focus on their learning style and pace. Interactive activities are also integral parts of my online sessions.
A highly recommended tutor! Mona was always on time and always ensured that I understood the topics being taught before jumping to conclusions. In short, she is an amazing tutor!
Wonderful and a very humble tutor. She listened to my questions very patiently and always tried to come up with satisfactory solutions. Highly recommended tutor!
A very nice and superb history tutor!

Master in English Literature
Hi everyone! My name is Rahaf, and I’m a very passionate English tutor with over 9 years of teaching experience. I’m enthusiastic about tutoring many disciplines of the English language, mainly English Literature. I’ve worked as a senior GRE English teacher in an academy where I taught groups of students and also offered one-on-one sessions to the students who needed extra help. I’ve also tutored GRE English in online sessions to numerous students in a one-on-one context. My previous students have received 5 and 6 points in the writing section of the GRE.
English literature and writing sections are the most important parts of the GRE. I tutor English writing skills with new and innovative tutoring methodologies. I also provide my students with personalized notes enriched with interesting vocabulary that can help my students write impressive essays. Sample essays and past papers are also provided to the students. The literature part of the GRE is taught step-by-step, starting with the easy topics first and then moving on to the complex ones. Most part of my sessions are devoted to practicing and attempting the past GRE papers. This increases the practice time span of my student, ultimately preparing them for the final GRE.
Rahaf is an excellent tutor! She made things tutored me in English literature. Highly recommended.
Without her help, I would have never passed the GRE. She is amazing and a very talented tutor.
I liked her sessions very much!
Master's in Economics
Upon completing my Master's in Economics, I quickly understood the importance of economics in understanding the world we live in. I have experience working in the financial sector, where I analysed market trends and predicted economic shifts. I gained valuable practical insights from this hands-on experience that are often not found in textbooks. Approximately nine years ago, I transitioned into teaching, where I was able to apply my real-world experiences in the classroom. I have taught micro, macro, and international economics at different institutions.
Economics goes beyond graphs and numbers. It involves comprehending human choices and the larger systems at work. I frequently rely on real-life illustrations to clarify concepts. For example, when explaining supply and demand, I could bring up a recent occurrence such as a new tax or a drought that affected food prices. Moreover, I have discovered that engaging activities, such as mini-market simulations or budgeting exercises, assist students in understanding the difficulties of economic theories. I work to assist students in understanding how the concepts they are studying can be applied in real-world situations.
Your insights on practice exam questions have provided me with a new outlook. You've offered unique ideas that I hadn't considered previously. It's clear that you have a good grasp of the subject, which makes talking about economic principles quite straightforward. I have learned effective methods to enhance my exam technique. One way is to make use of all the information provided in a question to maximise my chances of getting the highest marks. Ever since I began working with you, my grade has gone up by a whole level in just two practice exams. Thank you for your tutoring. I appreciate the time you have dedicated to helping me.
I took Mr. Abdullah’s classes a few weeks ago. Because of that, I improved so much in my macroeconomics class. My grades got better, and he made everything seem so easy and relatable.
B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
What makes me great at tutoring is that I’m passionate about teaching everything about math. I’ve taught students of all ages and of different backgrounds. I’m good at teaching geometry, trigonometry, calculus, basic statistics, and algebra. I try my best to bring students’ engagement to the maximum level with the help of activities and materials used in the sessions.
I use very interactive, engaging, and the latest tutoring methodologies in my one-one-sessions. My favorite approach for tutoring math to the elementary-level student is Concrete Representational Abstract (CRA) approach; this three-step-learning approach allows my students to manipulate concrete objects for drawing abstract observations and then solving math problems with created abstract notions. For high-level students, I use inductive, deductive, analytic, problem-solving, and synthetic approaches depending on the available resources to the student.
A highly-professional tutor! I recommend him to all those who want to learn Math the easiest way possible.
His sessions are very interactive. Thank you Muhammad for helping me with Maths!
MFA in Creative Writing, BA in English Literature, TESOL Certified
As a native of Dublin, a city with a long literary tradition, I was surrounded by stories about Joyce, Yeats, and Wilde as a child. My time in Ireland, where there is a strong literary tradition, made me really interested in writing and teaching English literature. In the past nine years, I have done different jobs. I taught at colleges in Dublin, held writing workshops in London, and taught literature courses online to people all over the world. I like to mix old English literature with modern stories to show how storytelling is always changing and important.
Literature is a way for people to have conversations across different time periods. When I study classic works, I always try to connect them to stories and ideas that are relevant today. This helps students understand that the themes and emotions in these classics are still important and relatable. How would Hamlet from Shakespeare's play react in today's world with technology? Which modern novels capture the spirit of "Pride and Prejudice"? I aim to make every class engaging and meaningful by having discussions, analyzing information, and doing creative activities. I want students to share their thoughts, make connections to today's world, and interact with the texts in a way that is meaningful and easy to understand.
I can't recommend him highly enough as a student of upper-level English literature! My skill and understanding have greatly increased in the topic since I started attending his lessons. He not only has a thorough comprehension of the topic, but more significantly, he is able to express things in a manner that is very simple to comprehend. He is really friendly, and the lessons are quite interesting. I heartily urge anybody searching for a top-notch English instructor to choose Mr. Sean.
I appreciate the contemporary links he draws. Just wish we'd sometimes stay more rooted in the original text's era.
MSc
My commitment to professionalism means I've always been punctual and ready. Having specialized in University Math, my familiarity with the curriculum allows me to address topics that students find difficult. Throughout the years, I've polished my problem-solving abilities. This doesn't just mean finding solutions, but teaching students how to solve problems themselves. Such hands-on experience is valuable for any student looking to solve tough mathematical questions.
To me, learning is a collaborative process. That's why I always encourage students to ask questions. No query is too small, and each one provides an opportunity for deeper understanding. I believe in nurturing critical thinking, guiding students to connect dots instead of merely memorizing formulas. My approach leans heavily on problem-based learning. Rather than sticking to traditional methods, I present real-world problems, pushing students to apply their knowledge and, in turn, solidifying their grasp on the subject.
Winnie allows me to take ownership of my learning. This has immensely built my self-confidence. Even my school teachers have noticed my newly found confidence. I can’t thank Winne enough for bringing this change in me! Let me tell you, University Math is impossible to ace without self-confidence.
Winnie’s sessions drag some topics too long. I’m itching to start learning about topics, but she makes me bored with repetitive lectures even when I have grasped the concepts.
