MS
I am a Biochemistry tutor who has worked for the past 15 years. I have a Masters in biochemistry and have authored and co-authored published research papers.
My lessons are entertaining to help you stay engaged. I have taught high school and college students both online and in person. Because each student is different, I make lessons that fit their needs. We often do a short diagnostic test together during a practice lesson. These details help me determine your skills and weaknesses to make a custom study plan for you.
BS Hons Media and communication studies+ B. Ed + MA
I've done BS in media and communication studies. I've been teaching for more than 15 years. My best subjects are physics, chemistry, further math, and mathematics.
My communication skills are good, I motivate students before each session, and use previous knowledge of students for learning new topics.
Master's in Political Science
Throughout my 15 years of teaching political science, I have developed a teaching style focused on helping students grasp political theories and concepts. I have always stressed the value of critical thinking and have put in a lot of effort to create a classroom where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and having meaningful conversations. I am proud to have been a part of my students' academic journeys. It has been a challenging and rewarding experience.
I focus on how political theory can be applied in real-life situations. Students examine real-life situations and case studies to gain a practical understanding of how political concepts are applied. I have a teaching style that is organized and adaptable, allowing for different learning speeds and preferences. My main goal is to ignite a long-lasting interest in politics and help students excel academically.
Eliot is a nice human being and an even better teacher of politics. I wonder why he is not a journalist, he knows a lot. His depth of conceptual knowledge and the analysis he gives are always too good. He has helped me develop critical thinking skills, and I always come out of the class with a newer concept.
Elliot is a solid tutor. His classes are like a political discussion with a twist. He's demanding, but it's worth the ride. You'll learn a lot.
The class timings did not align with me and he did not accommodate me. I did not like this behaviour.
Master’s in Education with a Specialization in Urdu
Over the past 15 years, I have been teaching Urdu to students. I have a master's degree in Education from a prestigious institution in Pakistan. My experience in teaching and education has allowed me to experiment with various tutoring strategies. I have taught students of different age groups in public and private schools. Now, I have found my comfort zone in online teaching at MTS. Throughout the years, my students have excelled in national language exams and developed fluency in language.
I use different teaching materials like books, videos, and hands-on activities. I want to make a fun place to learn Urdu that helps you improve the language and teaches you about its culture and history. You will get a comprehensive understanding of the language. We will have practice sessions and test exercises every month.
Miss Samara is really good. She knows what you need and teaches you basic Urdu words before moving on to other topics. She gives examples to help you learn better. Thank you, I enjoyed the brief trial session! :)
In the first class, I learned that she is a very skilled teacher. The textbook has a lot of information, and it impressed me a lot. She allows me to practice using the new words I learned when speaking and helps me learn how to say them correctly. She is great!
Samara helped my daughter for her Urdu exams and essay writing skills. After only one month of practice, my daughter improved a lot.
PhD in English Language and Literature
My name is Neha, and I’m an experienced online tutor currently working as the head of the English department at one of the well-known universities. I’ve been tutoring for years which has helped me build excellent tutoring skills. I also had the opportunity to connect with senior professors, pedagogical designers, and professional educationists. I also work on creating strategic plans and designing lessons to help students learn and master the four English skills in a highly personalized and interactive environment.
Depending on the course requirements, I tend to design lesson plans that perfectly fit the tutee’s needs and help him excel in his professional or academic life. I also play audio and relevant videos to provide the students with extensive exposure to the English context. My sessions encourage students to participate in the ongoing activities and debates.
I had a great time learning English with Neha. She is a super-smart tutor!
An excellent tutor who is simply amazing!
I’m going to recommend her to every English tutor who wants to learn in a highly engaging learning environment. She is great at conducting interactive sessions.

I focus on communication and preparing lessons.
Triple Master Degree in Maths, Physics and Mahagement and Bachlor of Education
I have triple master degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Management.
Lectures tend to put students in a passive role. This is why I motivate students to ask questions and be involved in each lesson.
M.A. in Modern European History
In the last 14 years, I have been fortunate to study and understand the important events and changes that have influenced Europe today. I developed a strong interest in European history while studying at the University of Brussels. I focused on important events like the creation of the European Union and the Cold War. I have worked in different schools in Belgium and France, which has helped me gain valuable experience and learn new teaching methods.
European history in recent times is full of complex events, different cultures, and important moments of change. I focus on helping students understand the bigger picture while also looking at specific details. I make sure my students understand the larger context, whether it's about the politics before the world wars or the social and economic reasons for the Iron Curtain. For people studying for their IB exams, it's important to understand timelines, connect events, and make strong arguments. We analyse past IB questions, have conversations, and practise writing essays to help students feel confident in what they know and can do.
Her classes always have engaging and informative discussions. I only wish we had studied about the Balkans more.
Sophia is a fantastic tutor in every way. She really cares about teaching and is friendly and gentle. She found the most effective teaching methods for my son rapidly; now, they are different techniques, and as a result, my son has gained more insight into history. Sometimes my husband and I can hear the lessons, and we are always in awe of how much my kid has learned and how curious he has become. Additionally, she will provide me reports on my son's progress on a regular basis, which I enjoy and shows how efficient Sophia is in his education. In a nutshell, she is excellent.
It was so unprofessional that I had to finish the course in 15 minutes. I simply waste my money. Find a new job if you dislike your current one.
M.Sc. in Physics
I started teaching physics as soon as I graduated from college. I have worked with a variety of students for 14 years, including those in middle school and at the undergraduate level. I have been involved with three different schools and also received private tutoring. I have spent a lot of time helping students get ready for college entrance exams and regular tests in Physics. I have experience with different school boards, which helps me understand different curriculum requirements. This makes it easier for me to guide students from different backgrounds. I have enjoyed working with students who need extra help. We have been able to turn many moments of doubt into moments of success.
Physics is about understanding the world around us. I like to connect physics ideas to things we encounter in our daily lives. For example, when we talk about velocity, we can discuss the speed of a car. We can talk about how our household devices work when we study electromagnetism. I like to use visual aids like diagrams, charts, and experiments to help explain things. I encourage students to ask "why" and "how" instead of just memorising. We solve problems by breaking them down into smaller steps. This helps the student understand each part before moving on. Practice is important in Physics, so we do a lot of problem-solving in each session.
My daughter was struggling with her high school physics. After a few sessions with Mr. Kovács, not only did her grades improve, but she started loving the subject. He has a way of making complex topics feel simple.
Balázs is knowledgeable and patient. My son wishes there were more real-life experiment sessions, but overall a very positive experience.
I always thought Physics was tough, but Mr. Kovács changed that for me. His approach of connecting bookish knowledge with real-life examples made everything simple for me.
